About us

We are Stanley and Nicky, husband and wife who converted our long life earnings into a handful of properties in Spain and The Netherlands. The apartments that we offer for rent are all in Benidorm at the Costa Blanca in Spain. We love to be there ourselves several times per year but most of the renting is done through our local partner Milonas Inmobiliaria. They will help you with the keys and do the linen and cleaning service for us. Also for rent is our holiday home in Boeghaven in Zeewolde Netherlands a place located in Central Holland with lots of water amenities.

Apartment Albatros Benidorm

Albatros Apartments Benidorm is ideally situated at Avinguda Ametlla de Mar 5,  in Levante Beach district of Benidorm and 2.8 km from the old city centre.  In addition to a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, Albatros Apartments is close to popular locations like Aqualandia, Terramitica as well as  the famous Sunday Market. The closest Airport is that of Alicante Airport some 61 km away.

On a hot day, guests can refresh in an outdoor pool and you can spend time with your child on a playground. There is a casino just next door. High speed fibre glass internet is available for work and leisure. If necessary, there is a shuttle service from and to the airport.

Our accommodation has been fully renovated in 2023 and it is equipped with a brand new refrigerator, an oven combi, a washing machine and a separate dryer. The accommodation has sea, garden and pool view. Cross the street and you are right on the beach.

Apartment Lidersol Benidorm

Situated in the Rincon de Loix district of Benidorm, Lidersol Apartments features an accommodation with a private pool, free WiFi and two lifts. Guests benefit from a beautiful seaview, a community swimming pool and a children’s playground.

The apartment was fully stripped and renovated in 2023 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Popular points of interest near Lidersol Apartments include Casino Mediterraneo Benidorm, Benidorm Palace and Plaza Mayor Square. The famous Sunday Market is just across the street on the back of the building block. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, 59 km from the accommodation.

Adolfo Suarez Benidorm

Located in arguably the nicest neigborhood of Benidorm, Appt Adolfo Suarez is the perfect place for couples who want to stay in Spain for a longer period of time. Poniente Beach is on walking distance down the road, while Levante Beach can be easily reached by bus no.2 or by your own car.

The house has had a recent upgrade with a brand new kitchen, a stylish office desk and two renovated bath rooms.

Each room has it’s own television set with IPTV as well as streaming video from your mobile devices. Whatever the purpose of your stay is, this lovely location will give you a steady place to live your life while all of Benidorm amenities are within reach.
